I checked your profile on the Combat Arms website. You're not dishonorably discharged/suspended. So I'm guessing you got ipbanned? There are solutions in the forum.

Your account is most likely deactivated due to inactivity, no need to worry one. I think u need to send a account reactivate mail to your email then click on the link to change password. Then your account will re activate de.

Means u need to reactivate your account. When u login through website, they will say your account had been deactivate due to suspicious activity blah blah blah, then they will give u a link to send a verifiy mail to your email in order to re activate your account, just send the mail and go to your email and re activate your account.
