Failed to verify user error? tat new

as stated on the title of the topic... i kana this new n stupid error... i tried countless of time after the 27/7 update...i can login to the website but i cant get into the game.. wth i missed 1 day login reward =/

In that case check your firewall settings. Maybe you blocked CA? or it auto-blocked CA.

i dun have firewall..i oni have the useless micosoft integrated firewall

I checked the Nexon CA forums, it seems that other people have been having this same problem since the new patch. I think its nexon's fault.

I also found out that a few win7 x64 users are experiencing problems as well.

2.5 day liao ( server time) still having this problem..... rank keep on pushed down.. see liao.. sian liao.. i think i can retire from ca loh.... first ip ban consecutive for 2 dayz...then maximum ticket submission n now this...

but! i solved it!

uninstall everything related to CA

then remove CA from firewall exceptions and add CA to firewall exceptions again.(after u reinstall)

well it doesnt work for me.. i even include ca into my only firewall: Microsoft firewall...
i redownload, uninstall ca + delete nexon file before i install ca.. failed

any more idea?

well FYI i live in jurong west, just beside ntu... well i have submitted my ticket to customer support on 29th.... but till now.. they R NOT working on it... guess i have to AWOL till nxt maintance.... if that fail... well i can resign n quit ca liao
